Refund Policy

General principle

Refund decisions depend on the specific product or service purchased, the delivery status, and whether the service has already been substantially consumed.

Classes and coaching programs

If you purchased a live class or coaching package and want to request a refund, contact us as soon as possible before the program has materially started or before a significant portion has been delivered.

Digital products and downloads

Digital materials, assessments, and downloadable resources are generally non-refundable once they have been delivered or accessed, unless required by law or approved by us in writing.

Subscription services

If subscriptions are offered, cancellations usually stop future billing cycles and do not automatically refund prior charges unless a separate offer or written policy states otherwise.

How to request a refund

Send your full name, purchase email, payment date, and reason for the request to our team so we can review the case and respond with next steps.
